• KinCircle is a neutral marketplace and does not employ or manage caregivers.

• Users (both families and caregivers) are responsible for their own interactions and any agreements made.

• KinCircle is not liable for any damages, harm, or disputes arising from connections made through the platform.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Users must not misuse the platform, share misleading information, or harass others.

• Users agree to a 7-day cancellation notice period for any mutually agreed-upon services amongst them.

• Users agree that all payment facilitation will be via KinCircle’s third-party tools (e.g., Stripe). KinCircle does not store payment info.
